Refunds

Effective date: 4 October 2026. This policy covers the BuildZim full plan, a digital product sold for US$10.99 through Gumroad.

Our 14-day refund promise

If the paid plan or the downloads (template and guide) don't work, or there is a technical fault we can't fix, email snyamidzi@gmail.com within 14 days of purchase with your Gumroad order number or licence key. We will refund you in full through Gumroad. A refunded licence key stops working, and the downloads stop being available.

Your right to cancel

The full plan is digital content that you get straight away. Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, the usual 14-day right to cancel ends once the download or access begins, if you agreed to that at checkout. Our refund promise above still applies.

Faulty content

Your statutory rights are not affected. If the content is faulty or not as described, you are entitled to a repair or replacement, or a refund if we can't fix it.

Estimates are guidance

The plan gives budget estimates, not a professional quotation. A difference between an estimate and a builder's quote, or a change in local prices, is not a fault. Please verify local prices before you commit money.
